Under full Service Management, we will provide the following services:
Maintain accurate accounting records
Collect maintenance fees and pursue delinquencies
Prepare all disbursements for Board approval
Prepare budgets and maintenance schedules
Advise Board of its responsibilities
Solicit service contract bids
Supervise contractors and employees
Manage unit transfers at time of sale
Resolve resident issues
Be available 24 hours for emergencies
